Radhika Apte, who made her presence felt in Bollywood with Rakht Charitra talks about her experience working with the actor in Badlapur and also shares about what she looks in chosing a role. The Shor in the City actress says she doesn’t want to be an ‘object’ in a film.

Clearing her stance, she said, “I like roles having some content and are meatier. My part in Badlapur had a lot of homework done. I just don’t want to be an object in a film, I like playing interesting parts.”

The actress was seen portraying the character Koko in the latest Sriram Raghavan’s Badlapur, the owner of restaurant in the film. She says she got attracted to it more because it was hard to relate with the character.

The actress featured with Nawazuddin Siddiquui and Varun Dhawan. Talking about Nawazuddin, she shared it was an absolute joy working with him. “I have been fond of his work always. He improvises a lot and he’s quite inspirational and excellent actor. Working with him is amazing”, she added.

Radhika, who was earlier seen in  Shor in the City has upcoming projects Manjhi: The Mountain Man, Hunterrr, an untitled film with Anurag Kashyap and Lion, Telugu film in her kitty.
